Shipping Policy

Processing Orders

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received after 5pm PST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders are subject to potential delays in both order processing and shipping that may be due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems, and other factors that may be out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the U.S.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Majority of our orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. Some carriers such as UPS have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you wish to receive you order at a P.O. Box, please be sure to specify and include “P.O.” along with the full address, in the address section of your order so there are no unnecessary delays in receiving you order.
